This timeline is relative to our process, all started in Spring 2015.   Items in green are events that have already occurred, items in black are estimated dates as those occur in the future.

Day 0 - Visited Potomac Shores with our Buyer's Agent, reserved our lot.

Day 1 - Signed first contract with Ryan

Day 3 - NVR Appointment

Day 14 - 14 Day Change Appointment

Day 25 - T.AC. (Tile and Flooring), and Guardian (Wiring) appointments.

Day 27 - 30 Day Meeting and Pre-Contruction Meeting

Day 53 - Construction Starts!

Week 31 - Construction complete
